Redesigning a B2C & B2B Telecom's Website
The project aimed to improve usability, streamline navigation, and establish a scalable design system that supports the company's growing digital services.
Year :
2024
Industry :
Telecome
Client :
Private
Project Duration :
10 weeks

Project overview :
The existing website struggled to effectively serve two distinct audiences with different goals and expectations. Consumers needed quick access to products, plans, and customer support, while business clients required enterprise-focused solutions and service information.
Working closely with the creative, strategy, and development teams, I led the UX/UI design of a responsive website that delivers clear user journeys, improved information architecture, and a consistent experience across both B2C and B2B platforms.
Problem
The previous website lacked a clear structure for its diverse audience, making it difficult for users to find relevant products, services, and information. The mixed navigation and inconsistent user flows created friction that affected engagement and overall usability.
The challenge was to redesign the platform into a scalable, user-centered experience that simplifies navigation while addressing the unique needs of both consumer and enterprise customers.
Solution
The redesigned website introduced a dual-path experience that clearly separates consumer and business journeys while maintaining a unified brand identity.
Key improvements included:
Responsive, accessible interface across desktop and mobile devices
Scalable design system for future product expansion
Modern visual design aligned with the company's digital transformation goals
The result is a more intuitive and efficient website that enables users to discover products and services with greater ease.

Process
The primary design goal was to create a website that feels simple, intuitive, and scalable despite serving multiple audiences and a wide range of telecommunications services.
The redesign focused on improving content hierarchy, reducing navigation complexity, and creating clear conversion paths for both consumer and enterprise users. A modular design system was also introduced to maintain visual consistency while allowing future expansion of products and services.
Every design decision prioritized clarity, accessibility, and ease of use, ensuring users could quickly find the information most relevant to them.

Mobile - Designed to provide a fast, mobile-first shopping experience where users can easily explore devices and plans with minimal friction. The interface prioritizes clarity, speed, and straightforward decision-making.
Broadband - Focused on building confidence and simplifying plan selection by presenting technical information in an easy-to-understand format while encouraging faster service applications.
Business = Created to establish credibility and professionalism while helping decision-makers quickly understand business solutions through structured content and clear conversion paths.
Help Center - Built to provide quick and effortless self-service support, reducing customer frustration through intuitive navigation and immediate access to the most common solutions.

Conclusion
This project demonstrated the importance of balancing business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and user needs when designing large-scale digital products. Successfully redesigning a website for both consumer and enterprise audiences required strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous iteration.
Key Learnings
Information architecture is critical when designing for multiple user groups with different goals.
Stakeholder collaboration is essential to align business requirements with user-centered design decisions.
Scalable design systems improve consistency, efficiency, and long-term maintainability.
